What stages can you do?
Floor and wall framing, roof framing, lock-up and fit-out. Do one stage with us, or all of them. We also do the fit-out carpentry on renos: walls, linings, doors, trims, stairs and rails.
How much does it cost?

Do you work with owner builders?
Yes. A lot of our work is for owner builders. You run the job and book the other trades. We turn up when we say we will and get our stage done, so the next trade can start.
Do I need an owner builder permit?
In NSW, you need an owner builder permit from NSW Fair Trading for work worth more than $10,000 on your own home. You apply for that. We just need to see the permit and your plans before we start.
Is the work covered by a warranty?
For homes, yes. NSW law gives home building work a 6-year warranty on major defects, like structural problems, and 2 years on other defects. On home jobs over $20,000 we also take out HBCF home warranty insurance through icare. It protects you if we can’t finish the job or fix a defect, for example if we go out of business.
